Refund & Returns Policy

We hope you love your Van Ermel Scherer pieces. If for any reason you need to return your order, we offer store credit through our return portal. Please note that refunds are only provided if an item arrives faulty or damaged.

Store Credit

  • Store credits are issued for the value paid.

  • They have no expiry date and can be used online at any time.

  • Duties, taxes, shipping, and shipping protection costs are not eligible for credit or refund.

Eligibility for Returns

To ensure your item is eligible for return, it must meet the following conditions:

  • Lodged within 30 days of placing your order.

  • Returned in original condition: unworn, unwashed, without odours (including perfumes), and with no marks or stains.

  • Swing tags and hygiene liners must be attached.

  • Items purchased from our Sale section are final sale and cannot be returned, as they will not be restocked.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. For alternate sizes or styles, please place a new order.

Lodging Your Return

To lodge your return, please follow the prompts in our return portal:

  1. Complete the online return request.

  2. You will receive instructions via email to proceed with a return payment of $9 AUD (return costs are the responsibility of the customer).

  3. Once generated, print your return label, attach it to your parcel, and drop it at your local post office or post box.

  4. Returns are processed within 3 business days of arriving at our warehouse. Once approved, your store credit will be issued by email.

Sale Purchases

If you purchased an item during a storewide promotion or discount period, returns will be eligible for store credit for the amount paid at purchase. Any replacement items must be re-purchased at the price listed on the site at the time of repurchase.

Welcome Code Orders

If you used a welcome discount code on your first order and return your item, we will honour your discount. Please contact hello@vanermelscherer.com to receive a new welcome code with your store credit.

Faulty or Damaged Items

Refunds are only issued for items that arrive faulty or damaged. Please email hello@vanermelscherer.com quoting your invoice number, and our team will assist you.
