Shipping Policy
All VES orders are packed by hand on Dharawal Country on the NSW South Coast and shipped with Australia Post. Every parcel is tracked, and you'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.
Dispatch
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment. Orders placed after 12pm AEST, or on weekends and public holidays, are dispatched the next business day. During launches, sales and the lead-up to Christmas, please allow an extra 1–2 business days.

Express Post next-business-day delivery applies only between capital-city and major-centre postcodes within Australia Post's Express Post network, and only for orders dispatched the same day.
We deliver to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers. Parcels are sent with Authority to Leave; if you'd prefer signature on delivery, add a note at checkout.
International
We ship worldwide with Australia Post International. Prices are in AUD and calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight.

International delivery estimates exclude time in customs, which can add several days depending on the destination country.
Duties and taxes. International orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). Any import duties, taxes or customs fees are charged by your country's customs authority and are your responsibility. VES has no control over these charges and cannot estimate them. If a parcel is refused or returned because duties weren't paid, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from any refund.
International returns are accepted under our Returns & Refunds Policy; return postage is at the customer's cost and must be sent tracked.
Tracking and delays
Use the tracking link in your dispatch email or the Australia Post app to follow your parcel. Delivery times above are Australia Post estimates and aren't guaranteed; delays can occur during peak periods, severe weather or carrier disruptions. If your parcel hasn't arrived within 5 business days of the estimate, email hello@vesaustralia.com with your order number and we'll lodge an enquiry with Australia Post on your behalf.
Incorrect address or unclaimed parcels
Please check your address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, or because it wasn't collected from the post office within the holding period, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery. Redelivery postage will be charged.
Lost or damaged in transit
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) with photos and your order number. We'll work with Australia Post to resolve it and replace or refund your order.
